The annual general meeting of Lanark Community Development Trust will take place on Friday 28 February 2014 at 7.30pm, in the Tolbooth, High Street, Lanark. This will be an opportunity for you to hear about the work of the Trust over the past year and to influence future direction. A report on the activities of the Trust will be given by the Chairman and the annual accounts will be presented. The recently appointed educational gardener will give a presentation on the projects he has instigated in the past few months.
If you are a member of the Trust you are entitled to stand for election to the Board. If you would like to exercise this right, you should indicate this in writing to the Trust not less than seven working days prior to the AGM
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please indicate this in writing, or by electronic means, to the Trust not less than 7 days in advance of the meeting.
Members of Friends of Castlebank are also welcome to attend the AGM but will have no voting rights unless they are also members of the Development Trust.
