There was a great turnout of children and adults at the Halloween Spooktacular at Castlebank Horticulture Centre. Alison Galbraith, the storyteller, had children and adults enthralled by her spooky stories.
Pumpkin soup and scary cakes were also on offer and disappeared like magic!
Our volunteers entered into the spirit of things by coming in fancy dress and helping to serve the soup and cake. They also baked like mad to provide all the garish scary cakes so many thanks to all of them. Thanks also to the young helpers who decorated all the old milk bottle lanterns that helped to illuminate the centre.
